Our Basement Advisor will typically recommend sealing the penetration from the interior using our Epoxy/Urethane Injection Process, which is the same process we utilize to repair cracks from the interior. As opposed to a patch, this method actually fills the void around the pipe, creating a waterproof gasket. When the interior method is not practical, the problem may also be corrected from the exterior using a variety of different solutions.
