“Dear Mr. Shachter:
Far too often today when you are in a customer-oriented business, the ‘boss’ gets the complaints about employees related to customer service issues. My husband and I have had a small, family-owned appliance business in South Elgin since 1973, and we too know the joys and sorrows when dealing with customers and employees.
Today, we used U.S. Waterproofing services for two cracks in the foundation of our home. The crew of Dennis D., Frank D., and Jesus arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do, why they were doing it, and why there was going to be an odor for a while in my home. Furthermore, they were neat inside and outside of our home. Of course, the real twist of the job will be when we don’t have any ‘leaks’ in our basement.
Please commend these gentlemen for taking care of ‘THE CUSTOMER.’ We have used your service before and will do so again!!”
