In December, I had U.S. Waterproofing install and Interior Drain Tile System in my basement.  I am pleased to compliment the crew that performed the work at my home.

Though the work required involved a great deal of hard work, at no time did I feel that the crew was not giving 100% effort.  They were hard-working, courteous, and though it was a messy job, your crew left the area very neat upon completion.

On July 2, 2003 your firm repaired a crack in the foundation in the basement of our home. Your sales representative was Eric Somberg. The repairpersons were Dennis and Raymond. During the process I spoke to some telephone representatives (Sandy, Nick, and Mary). Without exception all were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Dennis and Raymond, who did the repair on July 2, should be especially noted. The repair was done quickly, looks good, and (most importantly) appears to be ‘doing the job’ of correcting the problem.
