“Dear Service Manager,
I wanted to send a letter today because I received extremely professional and friendly service today from two gentlemen from your organization. The team of Greg Nowak and Frank DeSantis were dispatched to my house for service on a previously repaired crack.
Greg evaluated the situation and decided to post hole dig the crack. I asked him to see if there were any additional cracks that showed proof of seepage and there were two more. I asked him to take care of those two additional cracks that were also in the crawl space and one additional crack that has been giving us problems.
They were happy to do the added unplanned work on a beautiful Friday afternoon. I have had other servicemen from you organization come out and Greg and Frank were by far the most professional and courteous staff that I have seen.
I hope their great service today does not go unnoticed. Please congratulate them on a job well done and a satisfied customer.”
