On Tuesday, May 9th workers from your company water-proofed several cracks in my basement walls which were leaking during periods of heavy rains. The two workmen went about their business in a professional and timely manner sealing the cracks. They were courteous and answered my many questions about waterproofing as well as explained the process to my satisfaction.
Although I did not get their names (which I should have) the older man of the two mentioned he has been with your company for 31 years! I would recommend these two gentlemen for any home repair work! I appreciate a job well done.
Although we have not had an extremely heavy rain, I am confident that the leaks have been corrected. If I have any further water problems, I shall contact the company.
